Shipping & Delivery Policy

At RAV International, we are committed to delivering your orders accurately and on time. This policy outlines our shipping procedures, timelines, and terms.

 

1. Processing and Lead Times

  • Standard Orders: Processing typically begins immediately upon order confirmation.

  • Production Orders: Lead times vary based on the specific product and quantity (e.g., labels, machinery parts, or customized orders). Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of quotation or Proforma Invoice.

  • Special Exceptions: As a gesture of goodwill for priority clients, we may commence processing ahead of payment receipt to ensure the fastest possible fulfillment.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Logistics

We partner with reputed courier services and freight forwarders to ensure safe delivery.

  • Domestic (India): Shipped via reliable ground or air services.

  • International: Shipped via Air Freight or Sea Freight depending on the volume and client preference (Incoterms such as FOB, CIF, or Ex-Works will apply as per the agreement).

 

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, dimensions, destination, and the chosen shipping method.

  • All shipping charges, duties, and taxes (where applicable) will be clearly mentioned in the final invoice or as agreed upon during the order process.

 

4. Tracking and Delivery

  • Once your order is dispatched, we will provide a tracking number or Bill of Lading via email.

  • While we strive for timely delivery, RAV International is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearances, natural disasters, or carrier-specific issues.

 

5. Inspection and Damages

  • We take extreme care in packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • Action Required: Upon receipt, please inspect the package before signing the delivery receipt.

  • If any damage or shortage is found, it must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photographs/videos to initiate a claim.

 

6. Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Any additional charges incurred due to incorrect address details or re-routing will be billed to the customer.
